Ambassador Abdulhadi attended the Latin American Flavours Festival, hosted by Ambassador of Colombia, Dean of the Latin American Group.

Ambassador Abdulhadi attended a reception for the occasion of Africa Day at Albert Hall, hosted by the Tunisian Ambassador, Dean of the African Group Heads of Mission. 

The Embassy of the State of Palestine hosted the Canberra Palestinian Community (CPC) commemoration of the 69th anniversary of the Nakba. 

First Secretary Noura Saleh and Mr Jamal Nabulsi attended a dinner organised by the General Union of Palestinian Workers, the Australian Palestinian Club and the Australian Palestinian Graduates Association. 

Embassy staff attended an round table discussion held at the Australian National University on the topic of "the fascination with Arab women and their lives; the misconceptions that abound; and how Arab women respond". 

An intern at the Embassy is conducting research on the cohesiveness and effectiveness of Palestinian community groups in Australia. 

The Australian Parliamentary Delegation have finished their fruitful and productive visit to Palestine.

An Australian Parliamentary Delegation is currently visiting Palestine. 

Chargé d'Affaires a.i Ms Suheir Gedeon met with staff from the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in order to discuss the ongoing Palestinian prisoners' hunger strike. 

Ambassador Abdulhadi had the pleasure of attending a function in Melbourne, hosted by the Palestinian Association of Victoria, held in celebration of the next generation of Palestinian Australians.
