Nakba commemoration hosted by the Australian Manufacturing Workers Union (AMWU) Victoria in support and solidarity with the Palestinian people and their just struggle.

One Year Memorial of prominent journalist and national hero Shireen Abu Akleh, hosted by Palestinian Christians in Australia (PCIA).

On May 3, Ambassador Abdulhadi and Mrs Zeina Abdulhadi attended the Foreign Policy address of the Honourable Nanaia Mahuta, Minister of Foreign Affairs for Aotearoa New Zealand, at the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) in Wellington.

On May 1, Ambassador Abdulhadi participated in an afternoon tea/reception in celebration of Eid el-Fitr, hosted by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) at Parliament House in Canberra.

On March 8, the Palestinian Embassy received a student delegation from the Australian National University (ANU) International Relations Society. This visit was an opportunity to present the students with a historical context of the Israel-Palestine conflict as well as brief them on the latest political developments in Palestine.

On 27 February, Ambassador Abdulhadi participated in the launch of a new novel by Palestinian author, academic and advocate Dr Nejmeh Habib, entitled Rabi3on Lam Yuzhir (ربيع لم يزهر).

On 25 February, Ambassador Abdulhadi attended a fundraising dinner in Sydney organised by the Palestinian Australian New Zealand Medical Association (PANZMA) to raise money for medical support to Palestine. The event included a show by Comedian Amer Zahr, a dabkeh performance, and a number of speeches.

The Palestinian Embassy was proud to host a stall presenting Palestinian culture and heritage at the National Multicultural Festival in Canberra on February 18, 2023.

On February 8, Ambassador Abdulhadi presented Ms Golriz Ghahraman MP with the National Certificate of Honor for Academic Diplomacy in Support of Palestinian Rights on behalf of His Excellency President Mahmoud Abbas.

At the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Aotearoa New Zealand, Ambassador Abdulhadi and Mrs Zeina Abdulhadi travelled to the Bay of Islands to participate in Waitangi Day, considered the National Day of Aotearoa New Zealand, marking the anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Waitangi.
