The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the State of Palestine welcomes countries' rejection of calls for displacement and annexation, and commends their commitment to the just and legitimate rights of the Palestinian people.

President Mahmoud Abbas and the Palestinian leadership have expressed their strong rejection of calls to seize the Gaza Strip and displace Palestinians outside of their homeland.

President Mahmoud Abbas has welcomed the positions issued by Saudi Arabia rejecting Israeli colonialism, calls for displacement and annexation, and any projects that affect the just and legitimate national rights of the Palestinian people.

Prime Minister Dr. Mohammad Mustafa meets with representatives in Ramallah to discuss Gaza relief and recovery efforts, international cooperation, emergency interventions, and urgent international action to address Israeli occupation violations.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the State of Palestine condemns the ongoing aggression by the occupation against Jenin Governorate and its refugee camp: "It has become evident that the Israeli government is manufacturing pretexts and justifications to perpetuate violence and thwart any opportunity to implement the international consensus on the two-state solution."

After prolonged delays and continued Israeli aggression, the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip finally took effect today, following 15 months of relentless Israeli genocide, siege and starvation.

In an effort to streamline the recovery and humanitarian efforts in the Gaza Strip, the Palestinian government is scheduled to hold an extraordinary meeting to coordinate the work of various ministries and official bodies operating in the region.
