Destruction of the Turkish-Palestinian Friendship Hospital is Part of the Israeli Occupation’s Policy of Genocide and Forced Displacement Against the Palestinian People
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the State of Palestine strongly condemns the destruction of the Turkish-Palestinian Friendship Hospital in the Gaza Strip by the Israeli occupation forces.
The targeting and destruction of hospitals, health centers, and medical and emergency personnel constitutes a war crime and a crime against humanity punishable under international law.
This attack also constitutes a systematic effort aimed at deepening the genocidal war and forced displacement of the Palestinian people and the annexation of their homeland, and falls within the Israeli occupation’s criminal policy of using starvation, thirst, and deprivation of medical care and other basic human rights as weapons of war.
The Ministry affirms one again that the silence and inaction of the international community are now serving as a cover for the continuation of Israel’s genocidal war, and calls for effective international intervention to stop it immediately and to protect the Palestinian people and their rights.

تدين وزارة الخارجية والمغتربين بأشد العبارات تدمير قوات الاحتلال مستشفى الصداقة التركي الفلسطيني في قطاع غزة.
تعتبر الوزارة أن استهداف وتدمير المستشفيات والمراكز الصحية والطواقم الطبية والاسعافية جريمة حرب وجريمة ضد الانسانية يحاسب عليها القانون الدولي، وامعان ممنهج في تعميق إبادة وتهجير شعبنا وضم أرض وطنه، ويندرج في إطار سياسة الاحتلال في استخدام التجويع والتعطيش والحرمان من العلاج وحقوق الإنسان الأساسية كسلاح في الحرب.
توكد الوزارة أن صمت وتقاعس المجتمع الدولي بات يشكل غطاءً لاستمرار حرب الإبادة، وتطالب بتدخل دولي فاعل لوقفها فوراً وحماية شعبنا وحقوقه.
