Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Warns Against the Dangers of the Israeli Cabinet’s Decisions to Civilian Survival and the Two-State Solution; Calls for the Immediate Implementation of the New York Declaration
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates has launched a global campaign urging the international community to confront the grave consequences of the Israeli cabinet’s decision to fully occupy and impose control over the Gaza Strip.
The Ministry warns that these decisions endanger the survival of Palestinian civilians, exposing them to mass killing, starvation, and forced displacement. Over one million people face immediate uprooting, while more than two million risk being confined to less than 10% of the Strip’s area , a clear step toward their eventual forced expulsion in various forms.
The Ministry considers these decisions a stark revelation of the true nature of the occupation’s war on Gaza’s residents and Palestinian civilians, a war waged without justification.
The continued failure of the UN Security Council to enforce an immediate ceasefire, secure the release of hostages and detainees, protect civilians, and stop the use of starvation as a weapon has provided cover for the occupying government to pursue its plans of genocide, forced displacement, and annexation.
The Ministry calls for urgent international intervention to halt the war and immediately implement the New York Declaration.

تطالب بتنفيذ اعلان نيويورك فورا
أطلقت وزارة الخارجية والمغتربين حملة سياسية ودبلوماسية وقانونية تستهدف مراكز صنع القرار في الدول ومكونات المجتمع الدولي لمطالبتها تحمل مسؤولياتها تجاه النتائج الكارثية لقرارات الكابينت الاسرائيلي بشان احتلال كامل القطاع وفرض السيطرة الاسرائيلية عليه، وللتحذير من المخاطر الحقيقية للقرارات على فرص نجاة المدنيين الفلسطينيين في القطاع من دائرة موت مؤكدة بسبب تنفيذ تلك المواقف ، سواء جراء تصعيد القتل الجماعي بالقصف او تعميق المجاعة وفرض النزوح الجماعي القسري على اكثر من مليون فلسطيني في البداية ليصار الى حشر اكثر من مليوني مواطن في اقل من ١٠/ من مساحة القطاع نحو تهجيرهم قسرا باشكال مختلفة .
ترى الوزارة ان قرارات الكابينت تكشف حقيقة حرب الاحتلال ضد سكان القطاع والمدنيين الفلسطينيين دون مبرر .
ان فشل مجلس الامن الدولي في فرض الوقف الفوري للحرب والافراج عن الرهائن والاسرى وحماية المدنيين ووقف جريمة تجويعهم بات يشكل غطاء تستغله حكومة الاحتلال لتنفيذ مخططات الابادة والتهجير والضم . تطالب الوزارة بتدخل دولي حقيقي لوقف اطلاق النار وحماية المدنيين وتنفيذ اعلان نيويورك فورا.
