Trade Certification

TRADE CERTIFICATION FOR COMPANIES EXPORTING TO PALESTINE

A Trade Certification is required for companies exporting to Palestine. If you or your company are exporting to Palestine for the first time, we recommend that you speak with the Consular Section of the General Delegation of Palestine before beginning the trade certification process.

For Trade Certifications, forward the following to the Consular Section of the General Delegation of Palestine:

  • A copy of the contract, purchase order or trade document requiring certification or legalisation. The certified copy of the contract, purchase order or trade document must contain sufficient information to fully document the transaction being undertaken.
  • Before forwarding these documents to the Consular Section of the General Delegation of Palestine, the contract, purchase order or trade documents must be certified by the Australia-Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AACCI)(only for Australian companies), and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) or the NZ Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT)
  • Payment of $225 per document in the form of a money order/Cheque or money transfer made out to the General Palestinian Delegation.

Forward these documents to the Consular Section of the General Delegation of Palestine, P.O Box: 4646, Kingston, ACT 2604 using an Australia/NZ Post Express envelope. You must enclose a self-addressed Australia/NZ Post Express envelope, for the return of the documents to the applicant.
