An Australian Parliamentary Delegation is currently visiting Palestine.

The delegation have enjoyed a fruitful and productive trip thus far, conducting meetings with Palestinian officials, academics, students, youth from refugee camps, NGO staff, farmers, among many other interesting people with a variety of opinions.

They have also had the opportunity to visit the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem, witness the confronting scene of the illegal Israeli settlements within the old city of Hebron, visit Al Taybeh village and its famous brewery, and observe ANZAC Day at Bir Al Sabea – where ANZAC soldiers fought against the Ottoman Empire 100 years ago.
