International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People at Islamic School in Canberra

On December 10, the General Delegation of Palestine and Embassy Staff observed the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian people at the Islamic School in Canberra. Members and representatives of Canberra's Muslim, Palestinian, and Arab communities alike participated in this occasion.
The Ambassador of the State of Palestine delivered a speech highlighting the most important elements of any advocacy campaign to support the Palestinian people in Gaza against ongoing Israeli violations and assaults. All speakers on the occasion focused on the catastrophic situation in Gaza and the absolute imperative of supporting an immediate and permanent ceasefire.
