One Year Memorial of Shireen Abu Akleh

On May 12, Ambassador Abdulhadi participated in the One Year Memorial of prominent journalist and national hero Shireen Abu Akleh, hosted by Palestinian Christians in Australia (PCIA).
Speakers included Ambassador Abdulhadi, the Honourable Lynda Voltz MP (NSW member for Auburn), Antony Loewenstein (journalist, author, film maker, and co-founder of Independent Australian Jewish Voices), Rawan Arraf (Principal Lawyer & Director at the Australian Centre for International Justice).
In his speech, the Palestinian Ambassador emphasised that justice must prevail and that Israel must be held accountable for its crimes.
