The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates in coordination with the Embassy of the State of Palestine in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, would like to inform the Palestinian communities around the world, including in Australia and New Zealand, that due to the COVID19 emergency, citizens wishing to return are not currently able to enter Palestine due to the decision to close the Allenby Bridge crossing (Al-Karameh Bridge crossing).
Accordingly, any citizen entering Jordan through the airports will bear the costs of accommodation and quarantine in Jordan until the crossings reopen.
