Third States' failure to uphold their legal obligations, by providing diplomatic cover, political protection, and military and economic support, has turned the Gaza genocide into a collective crime.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the State of Palestine strongly condemns the terrorist attacks carried out by Israeli settlers in the occupied West Bank, under the protection and coordination of the Israeli occupation army. The international community must act immediately to stop these crimes, protect Palestinian civilians, and ensure their legitimate and inalienable right to live in security and dignity on their own land.

Israeli occupation settler violence has intensified across the occupied West Bank in 2025. Attacks have escalated with the start of the annual olive harvest season, and are part of a systematic state-led campaign of violence. During this period, Israeli settlers and armed forces regularly block access to farmlands, assault farmers, and destroy olive trees, causing significant financial losses for rural families and harming the Palestinian economy.
